1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from BONDIFORM ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is calculated separately at checkout and shown before you pay.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and detail may appear differently depending on your screen. Product images are indicative, and packaging may vary.

We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products, and limit the quantity of any item, at any time and without notice. All products are subject to availability.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer, and a contract is formed between us, when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an item is unavailable, where there has been an obvious pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are estimates only, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty or other term implied or imposed by law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where we are permitted by law to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing any of those things.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 8, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or business interruption, arising out of your use of this site or your purchase of our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 8, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, photography, logos, product names, descriptions, design elements and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. Your submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content to us or to our social media channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing.

You are responsible for the content you submit. It must be your own, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or in breach of anyone else's rights. We may edit or remove any submission at our discretion, and we are under no obligation to publish or keep any submission.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit viruses or malicious code, to interfere with its security or proper operation, to scrape or harvest data, to impersonate another person, or to infringe the rights of others. We may restrict or terminate your access to the site if you breach these terms.

Our site may contain links to third party websites, applications and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy and security practices, and we make no representations about them. We encourage you to read their terms before using them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this site, showing the date it was last updated. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is severed from the remaining terms, which continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this site and your purchases from us, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and of the Commonwealth of Australia.
