Size Guide
Shapewear only works when it fits. Two minutes with a soft tape measure saves a return.
How to measure
Waist — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Keep the tape level and breathe out normally.
Hips — the fullest part of your hips and seat, roughly 20 cm below your natural waist, with your feet together.
Upper thigh — the fullest part of one thigh, right at the top. This is the one most people skip, and it decides whether the leg band rides up.
Two rules
- Between sizes? Size up. A size too small will roll down.
- Waist and hips in different sizes? Follow your hips. The waist has more give in almost every style.
