BONDIFORM ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and online store. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can access or correct it.
What personal information we collect
When you shop with us or contact us, we collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number, order details, payment information and any correspondence you send us.
When you visit our website, we also collect information automatically about your device and how you browse: IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone, referring website, the pages you view and how you interact with them. This is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
We do not store your full credit or debit card details. Payments are processed by our payment providers, who handle card data under their own security standards.
Why we collect it
We use your personal information to process and fulfil your orders, arrange delivery, communicate with you about your order, respond to your enquiries, handle returns and warranty claims, screen orders for fraud, improve our website and product range, and — where you have consented or would reasonably expect it — send you marketing communications.
Who we share it with
We disclose personal information to third parties who help us run BONDIFORM, including Shopify, which hosts our online store; our payment processors and fraud prevention services; freight carriers and suppliers, so your order can be shipped; our email and customer support platforms; and analytics and advertising providers including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.
We also disclose information to our professional advisers, and to law enforcement or regulators where we are required or authorised by law to do so.
We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Some of the providers listed above store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States, the European Union, Singapore and China. By providing your personal information to us you consent to this disclosure. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Marketing and how to unsubscribe
If you have opted in, we may send you marketing emails or SMS about new products, sales and offers. Every message includes an unsubscribe link or instructions, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@bondiform.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about orders you have already placed.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic and show you relevant advertising. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. Where required, we display a cookie banner so you can manage your preferences.
Security and how long we keep your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. Transaction and tax records are generally kept for seven years.
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@bondiform.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request, and in some cases we may be required by law to retain certain records.
Children
Our website is not directed at children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first at info@bondiform.com and we will investigate and respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on our website, showing the date it was last updated.
