30 days, no hassle. If the fit isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

What we can accept

• Unworn, unwashed items with the hygiene liner still attached.
• Original packaging where possible — a reused mailer is fine.
• Proof of purchase (your order number is enough).

What we can't accept

For hygiene reasons we can't take back items with the liner removed, or anything that has been worn or washed.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and which items you're sending back, and we'll reply with a return label and instructions.
